3 months free

No weekly fee for your first three months, except in a week where your booking earnings reach £500.

How billing works

Monday to Sunday weeks

Each week is invoiced the following Monday. You can see every week, paid or unpaid, in your driver dashboard.

Card or bank transfer

Save a card for automatic payment, pay a single week by card, or settle by bank transfer link. Receipts are issued for every payment.

Unpaid weeks pause dispatch

If a week goes unpaid we pause new job offers until it is settled. Paying clears it immediately.

Driver fee questions

How much does it cost to drive on the network?

£20 a week plus 10% of every booking you complete. There is no joining fee and no separate per-job booking fee.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New drivers get 3 months free. During the trial the £20 weekly fee only applies in a week where your booking earnings reach £500 — quieter weeks cost you nothing.

When is the weekly fee charged?

Weeks run Monday to Sunday. The fee for a completed week is invoiced the following Monday and charged to your saved card, or you can pay it from your driver dashboard by card or bank transfer.

Is any commission ever taken?

Yes — 10% of every booking, whether it is dispatched by us, booked direct or comes through the Onde passenger app. On card and prepaid jobs it comes out of your payout; on cash jobs you keep the fare at the door and the 10% goes on your weekly invoice.

How do I pay the fee?

From your driver dashboard. You can save a card for automatic weekly payment, pay a single week by card, or use a bank transfer link. Every payment gets a receipt and appears in your payment history.

What happens if I stop driving for a while?

Tell us and we pause your account — no fee is charged for weeks where your account is paused. Unpaid weeks suspend dispatch until they are settled.

Are there any other charges?

Alongside the £20 a week and the 10% per booking, we pass on costs we pay out ourselves: card payment fees and text messages at £0.02 each. Email and WhatsApp messages are free. Use your own text, WhatsApp or card payment account and we charge you nothing for those. Annual billing is available at £300 for the year.

Do I need my own maps account?

Only if you take a high volume of bookings. At that point you set up a Google Cloud account, get your own maps key and add it to your account here, so your map usage is billed to you rather than the network.
